Town of Daysland is implementing a water and gas meter replacement project in partnership with Metercor; there is no charge to you for this service.

Water meters measure and record the amount of water used within your home. They can also be helpful in detecting water leaks within your system. All newly exchanged water meters also have a data logging function which continuously monitors water usage in 15-minute intervals. This function is tied to the leak indicator display that helps identify intermittent or continuous leaks. At the same time, the Metercor Technician may be accessing the gas meter at this location to upgrade equipment.

This project will ensure that your meter equipment is suitable for many years to come, and will contribute to improved customer service, billing accuracy, and infrastructure leak detection. Together we can promote sustainable practices and increase operational efficiencies in our community.

Town of Daysland has contracted with Metercor™ to install the ERTs and replace meters. To complete the work, access inside buildings and homes is required to inspect the meter and wiring and replace if required.
